What Is Online Coaching?
Online Coaching is a personalized coaching system designed around you to help you build strength, improve your health, and stay consistent through structured programming, accountability, and ongoing support.
Strength Development
Systematic strength development with planned progression. Your plan adapts as you get stronger and your training advances.
Personalized Programming
A strength training plan built around your goals, experience, schedule, and available equipment.
Weekly Support and Accountability
Regular check-ins help keep you focused, consistent, and moving forward. Your coach is here to answer questions, give feedback and guidance when you need it.
Ongoing Adjustments
Your plan adapts based on your feedback and progress. If something needs to change, the plan changes.
How Online Coaching Works
Tell me about your training history, goals, available equipment, and schedule. Your workout plan is designed around your actual situation, not an idealized version.
You Start With Your Current Situation
Training is delivered through a TrainHeroic (coaching app). Your workouts are organized, clear, and easy to follow.
You Get a Custom Workout Plan
You follow the plan on your own at your gym, home setup, or wherever you train. Execute the workouts as written.
You Train Independently
We Stay Connected
Form checks via video, questions answered between workouts, your plan adjusted based on how you're responding. You're training independently, but you're not unsupported.
Online Coaching may be a good fit if you:
Online Coaching provides the structure and support needed to make progress while giving you complete flexibility over when and where and when you train.
Prefer training independently
Want professional guidance without regular coaching sessions
Need structure and accountability to stay consistent
Have access to a gym or home setup
Live outside the local area
Want a clear plan without the guesswork
“Training with Neil has been fantastic! I love how individualized the program is and how he’s able to change things up when it’s necessary for my body, as well as find modifications when necessary.”

No.
You'll receive a personalized training plan, but Online Coaching is much more than a list of workouts. Your program is built around your goals, schedule, experience, and available equipment, then adjusted as your needs and progress change.
Coaching includes accountability, support, and ongoing guidance to help you stay consistent and continue moving toward your goals.

Communication is ongoing throughout the month.
You'll complete a weekly written check-in, have access to coach messaging during normal business hours, and meet for a monthly coaching review call to discuss progress, challenges, and adjustments to your plan.
This provides regular accountability and support without requiring frequent scheduled meetings.
-
No. You train when it fits your schedule. Custom workout plans are designed with flexibility in mind—you're not locked into specific training times or days. That being said it is important to try and keep a consistent routine to build off of.
-
A commercial gym is ideal, but many clients train successfully at home. Programming is designed around the equipment you have available. Part of the assessment we do takes into account the tools at hand.
-
Online coaching can work for beginners, but you need to be comfortable learning technique through video feedback and written cues. If you need hands-on instruction to learn the movements safely, in-person personal training is a better starting point.
-
Tell me what you have access to. Custom workout planning is built around your available equipment. If your equipment situation changes (travel, different gym, etc.), the program adjusts.
-
Absolutely. Many clients begin with Online Coaching and later move into Hybrid Coaching when they want additional support and regular coaching sessions. These can be done in person at the studio or over zoom.
Train on your own with expert coaching and support by your side.
Online coaching gives you custom strength coaching designed for your goals and equipment. If you're self-sufficient and train consistently, this provides the structure and expertise to keep progressing.
