Wellness Programs for OrganizationsHelp Your Team Build Greater Capacity for Life
Practical health education that helps your team manage stress, avoid burnout, and build the habits that support real engagement, retention, and performance.
Investing in Your PeopleWhy Everyday Resilience Belongs in Your Wellness Strategy
At DeRosa Strength, we believe every element of health plays a role in building capacity: strength, nutrition, sleep, stress management, and community. When your team members have the ability to handle what's next, they show up more consistently, manage stress more effectively, and bring more energy to their work and their lives outside of it. Every person on your team matters. The research on team member health is meaningful, measurable value for the people you lead:
We call it capacity: the ability to meet the demands of everyday life — and investing in it protects the people you depend on.
34%
More likely to stay when team members feel genuinely cared for
38–47%
Reduced risk of burnout among team members who meet or exceed activity guidelines
6–9%
Absenteeism reduction and productivity gains from structured exercise programs
"The real cost isn't who calls out sick. It's who shows up running on empty."
Presenteeism — being present without truly being there — costs organizations far more than absenteeism ever does.

Why strength may be the most important investment you can make in your long-term health.
An introduction to the DeRosa Strength philosophy — defining strength, introducing the concept of capacity, and exploring how movement, nutrition, recovery, and healthy habits work together. Participants leave with a practical framework for understanding health through "right order" — building strong foundations before pursuing optimization.
Best For: Businesses, community organizations, conferences, healthcare organizations, anyone beginning their health journey
-
Building strength, confidence, and resilience for the realities of busy life.
Introduces the principles of effective strength training with an emphasis on the minimum effective dose — meaningful health improvements don't require living in the gym. Consistency, not perfection, builds lasting strength and resilience.
Best For: Adults 40+, busy professionals, parents, corporate wellness, community education
-
Simplifying nutrition so healthy eating becomes practical and sustainable.
Cuts through fad diets, conflicting advice, and food marketing to teach the nutrition principles that matter most — building balanced meals, reading labels, and making intentional decisions without striving for perfection.
Best For: Businesses, schools, community organizations, healthcare organizations, general public
-
Helping parents model the habits children naturally learn to follow.
Explores how movement, nutrition, play, presence, and everyday routines shape the next generation far more effectively than lectures or rules.
Best For: Parents, schools, parent organizations, community centers
-
Maintaining independence, confidence, and quality of life through strength.
Covers how to begin safely, the difference between productive discomfort and harmful pain, and building confidence moving regardless of previous experience.
Best For: Adults 60+, senior centers, retirement communities, healthcare organizations
-
Restoring the health needed to continue serving others well.
For those who spend their lives caring for others — exploring how strength, recovery, and intentional restoration allow us to keep serving without running ourselves empty. "You cannot continually give what you no longer possess."
Best For: Healthcare organizations, caregivers, teachers, nonprofit organizations, faith-based organizations
Every workshop is designed to help individuals and organizations build lasting capacity through practical education, meaningful movement, and sustainable habits. Topics can be booked individually or as an ongoing quarterly series.
