Hybrid Coaching

Personalized Coaching With Regular Coaching Sessions

Hybrid Coaching combines structured programming, ongoing support, and regular coaching sessions while giving you the flexibility to train independently.

What Is Hybrid Coaching?

Designed for people who want more support than a workout plan alone. Hybrid Coaching combines independent training with regular coaching sessions to help you stay consistent and continue moving toward your goals.

Regular Coaching Sessions

Meet with your coach 2–4 times per month either at the DeRosa Strength Studio or remotely via Zoom. These sessions provide an opportunity to train together, refine technique, review progress, and make adjustments to keep you moving forward.

Personalized Programming

Individualized training sessions designed around your body, experience level, and current capacity. Programming is adjusted throughout the program based on how you’re responding both on and off the gym floo

Accountability & Support

Regular check-ins, ongoing communication, and coaching support help you stay consistent when motivation fades and life gets busy. You're not left to figure things out on your own.

Problem Solving & Plan Adjustments

By combining regular one-on-one coaching sessions with ongoing programming and support, we can identify obstacles early, adjust your training when needed, and keep progress moving forward. The goal isn't perfect execution—it's building a system that continues working even when life gets messy.

  • Need help staying consistent when life gets busy

How Hybrid Coaching Works

We start by discussing your goals, training history, schedule, and current situation. From there, your coaching plan is built around your needs, available equipment, and the level of support that's right for you.

Every plan begins with an assessment and onboarding process designed to establish a clear starting point and determine the best path forward.

You Start With Your Current Situation

Meet with your coach 2–4 times per month either at the DeRosa Strength Studio or remotely via Zoom. Training sessions provide accountability, instruction, feedback, and an opportunity to review progress.

Attend One-on-one Coaching Sessions

Your training program is built around your goals, schedule, experience, and available equipment. As your needs change, the plan evolves with you.

Ongoing Independent Training

Coaching Continues Between Sessions

Weekly check-ins, ongoing communication, and coaching support help you stay on track between training sessions. Questions are answered, obstacles are addressed, and adjustments are made as needed.

“My favorite part about my coaching with Neil was the time and specificity he put into every program. Everything was catered directly to my goals and he was always available for questions and demos when I was unsure what to do.”
