How To Get Started
1. Free Coaching Consultation
We'll talk about what you're hoping to accomplish, what's been challenging, and the type of support you're looking for. This is an opportunity to ask questions, learn about the coaching process, and determine whether we're a good fit to work together.
2. Assessment & Onboarding
Once you're ready to move forward, we'll establish a clear starting point and gather the information needed to begin coaching. We'll review your goals, training history, movement capabilities, and any relevant limitations so your coaching plan can be built around your needs and circumstances.

3. Begin Coaching
Following your assessment, we'll recommend the coaching option that best fits your goals, schedule, and support needs so you can begin moving forward with confidence.

That's exactly what the Free Coaching Consultation is for. We'll discuss your goals, training history, schedule, and the type of support you're looking for. From there, we'll recommend the coaching option that makes the most sense for your situation.
As your needs change, coaching options can be adjusted over time.

Personal Training focuses on working together during scheduled training sessions.
Coaching extends beyond the workout itself. In addition to training, coaching includes a personalized coaching plan, accountability, support, progress reviews, and adjustments based on your goals, schedule, and real-life circumstances.

Coaching is billed month-to-month with no long-term contract required.
That said, meaningful progress takes time. While everyone is different, most clients benefit from committing to at least three to six months in order to build consistency, establish habits, and begin seeing measurable results.

Life happens!
When possible, we'll make reasonable efforts to reschedule missed sessions, especially when advance notice is provided. Because availability is limited, make-up sessions cannot be guaranteed for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice.
The goal is long-term consistency, not perfection.

Following your assessment, you'll select the coaching option that best fits your goals and support needs, and monthly coaching billing will begin.
If you decide coaching is no longer the right fit, we simply ask for at least two weeks' notice before your next billing date to cancel or make changes to your service.

The purpose of the assessment is to help determine the best path forward based on your goals, current situation, and support needs. While most people move into ongoing coaching, there is no obligation to continue after the assessment process.
The assessment fee covers the time spent evaluating your situation, making recommendations, and establishing a clear starting point. Even if you decide not to continue with coaching, you'll leave with recommendations and next steps to help you continue moving toward your goals.
