Not Sure Where to Start?

You don’t need to decide on a plan by yourself.

Coaching starts with an assessment and conversation so we can understand where you are and what level of support makes sense right now. From there, I’ll recommend the appropriate path — and we can always adjust as your needs evolve.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before getting started

  • All coaching starts with an assessment. We’ll talk through your goals, training history, current health, schedule, and capacity. From there, I’ll recommend the level of support that makes the most sense — you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

  • Each option includes coaching, programming, and ongoing support. The difference is how much structure, in-person time, and accountability you receive.

  • Yes. Single sessions are available, though most clients benefit from ongoing coaching.

    • Ongoing Coaching & Online Coaching: Month-to-month

    • Health Reset Program: 3-month minimum commitment

The Health Reset Program is structured and time-bound by design. Other coaching options are flexible and can scale up or down as your needs change.

  • Yes. Many clients start with one level of support and adjust over time — increasing frequency, stepping down, or transitioning to online coaching as their capacity and confidence grow.

  • Coaching plans are billed on a monthly basis, and payment is collected before coaching begins.

Here’s how it works by service type:

    Ongoing Coaching & Online Coaching

    • Plans are billed monthly for the upcoming month of coaching.

    • Billing renews automatically unless canceled.

    • There are no contracts.

    • You can change or cancel your plan at any time — a two-week notice is requested so schedules and programming can be adjusted thoughtfully.

    Programs (Health Reset Program)

    • Programs have a set commitment and flat total price.

    • You can pay the full amount upfront or split it into equal monthly payments.

    • Payment plans still reflect the full program investment.

    • If a program is ended early, the remaining balance is billed at the time of cancellation.

    Additional Services

    • One-off services (single sessions, nutrition consultations) are billed at the time of the appointment.

    • These are separate from monthly coaching plans.

If you have questions about billing, scheduling, or payment options, we’ll walk through everything clearly before you start — no surprises.

  • Coaching isn’t just what happens during sessions. Monthly pricing reflects the planning, adjustments, support, and guidance that happen between sessions.

  • Coaching services are not covered by insurance.

However, many clients are able to use HSA or FSA funds to pay for coaching when it’s deemed medically appropriate. DeRosa Strength partners with TrueMed, a service that helps determine whether your coaching may qualify under IRS guidelines.

    Here’s how it typically works:

    • You complete a short health intake as part of the process.

    • A licensed medical provider reviews your information to determine whether coaching and training may be considered medically necessary based on your situation.

    • If approved, you can use HSA or FSA funds to pay for eligible services or submit for reimbursement.

Eligibility depends on your individual health circumstances and your specific HSA/FSA plan. Approval is not guaranteed, and final reimbursement decisions are made by your plan administrator.

If this is something you’d like to explore, we can walk through the process after your assessment.

  • Start with a call. We’ll talk through your situation and decide what makes sense.
